Orders are normally processed within 48 hours of order. Delivery within the UK is expected to take 2 to 3 business days, excluding weekends. Delivery to the EU is expected to take 3 to 5 business days, excluding weekends. Delivery to the USA and Canada is expected to take 5 to 7 business days, while delivery to the rest of the world may take up to 10 business days.
Next day delivery orders only apply to orders received before 12pm. Orders received after 12pm will dispatch the next business day for delivery the following day after dispatch.
Please note that these are estimated delivery times, and we cannot be held responsible for delays that are out of our control, such as customs delays or other unforeseen circumstances.
Customers are responsible for checking their items upon delivery and reporting any missing or damaged items within 72 hours of receiving their order. We will work to resolve any issues as quickly as possible, but we cannot guarantee a replacement or refund for items that are reported missing or damaged after this time period.

Customs Duties, Taxes & Free Shipping Policy

Any offer of Free Shipping applies only to the shipping cost charged by the courier for transporting your order. Free Shipping does not include customs duties, taxes, VAT, import charges, or any other government-imposed fees.

If an order is refused, abandoned, returned to sender, or rejected by the customer due to refusal to pay customs duties, taxes, or other import-related charges, Agor reserves the right to deduct from any refund:

The original shipping cost paid by Agor to the courier (even where Free Shipping was offered);

Any customs, handling, storage, disposal, or administrative fees incurred as a result of the refusal or return.
